He has over two decades of experience spanning investment, development, and financial structuring. He previously founded Pitt Street Real Estate Partners, completing over $2 billion in investment and development deals.

Earlier, he spent 15 years in financial markets with Citigroup and Goldman Sachs, specialising in trading and structuring debt and equity. Hugh’s deep market knowledge and institutional network underpin Alta Capital’s position as a trusted and independent advisor in the real estate industry.
